Water Damage Caused by Sink Leak in San Antonio, Texas

A simple sink leak caused this customer quite a bit of headache. It leaked in the upstairs Master bathroom and ran down the wall and ceiling into the downstairs kitchen.

There was laminate flooring in the Master closet that had to be removed as well as laminate flooring in the kitchen that had to come up. There were also quite a bit of baseboards that had to be removed as well. After all this demolition was done the drying equipment was set and ran for 3 days.
