Commercial Water Loss to a Dentist's Office in San Antonio, Texas

This commercial water loss to a dentist's office was caused by a leaking air conditioner. It affected many rooms causing a fair amount of damage.

In all of the affected rooms the cove base had to be removed to allow proper drying of the drywall. There was laminate flooring in several rooms that had to be removed as well. Proper drying equipment was sat and ran for the standard 3 days.
