The SERVPRO crew were professional, efficient, and caring. Paul, Juan, Gabriel, Joe Sr, and Joe Jr removed all the standing water and determined the damage that was done. Brandon was very helpful in answering all questions we had. Tyler is an exceptional office manager who came to our home and explained every detail to us. I highly recommend Stone Oak SERVPRO. I called the office number and spoke with someone immediately about water damage that occurred in my home from our washer machine. My service call was dispatched to the technician on call & within 5 minutes on a Sunday, I received a callback. Gabriel and his crew arrived and assured my husband and me that everything would be ok “like it never happened.” Gabriel & Justin are very professional and made the process seamless. I would call them again if needed in the future.  

 

I just had a water copper pipe leak in one of my bedrooms early Saturday. I called SERVPRO around 12:20 PM on that Saturday and within 10 minutes a representative of SERVPRO called me back and told me that they were coming to my house to take a look. Paul and Gabriel from SERVPRO arrived and were courteous and polite. They gave me an estimate right there and I accepted it. They went straight to do their work. They measured humidity levels and placed fans where they were needed. They also disinfected where it was needed. They removed all my damaged flooring that could be removed and disposed of it. I cannot complain at all. It was a 5 start job from top to bottom. Today, they came to the house, as they promised, to assess the situation and they declared my damaged room clean and dry. Thank you guys.

The crew led by Ram was kind, quick, professional and did an amazing job. They gave a great value quote and was able to complete the job the following day. They check on you during the drying process. They work around your schedule. I couldn’t recommend them more.

A broken pipe caused extensive flooding to our two-story home and all but three rooms downstairs sustained damage. Water poured out of light fixtures, in between walls, and its weight on the ceilings caused a complete collapse in one of the rooms. SERVPRO was there within an hour and took control of the situation while we just stood there, trying to understand what had happened to our home. Xavier, Andrew, R.J., and Isaac were all incredible to work with and they kept us informed during each stage of remediation. Professional, expedient, and empathetic, they were just who we needed to help us through this event.

I was lucky enough to have a pipe bust during the Feb 2021 Texas freeze. My master bath flooded and went into master bedroom. I never had to use a water mitigation service so I was extremely unknowledgeable in this area. Krystal, the supervisor assigned to my case, was very knowledgeable and explained everything they did and why. She was patient and very friendly. All employees followed suit. All friendly and helpful and patient during a stressful time for me. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Stone Oak. We had a leaking water heater that created a mess in my upstairs hallway. They responded quickly and were very professional on the job. I dealt mainly with Miguel and Sean who were both extremely knowledgeable.
